SUMMER TRYOUTS

Our tryout sessions take place at our Neenah Facility (600 Elm Street, Neenah, WI 54956)

Check in will begin 60 minutes before the scheduled start time.

In order to participate in any Spiketown USA summer event, we need the following paperwork submitted online or brought to check in: 

1. Proof of Badger Region Membership
2. Medical Release Form
3. Concussion Form (2 pages)
